Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

In total, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 4–9 business days from the moment you place it.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, high-demand periods, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always help track down a delayed package.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Klarvella is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
