Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–9 business days in total. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Yes — all Klarvella orders ship completely free across the United States, with no minimum purchase or hidden conditions.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Email support@klarvella.com to start a return.

Yes. The fastest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the size or style you'd like — just email us and we'll help.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time to post it.

Email us at support@klarvella.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships. Once shipped, an order can't be changed but can be returned.
